Default Early Step 4 Predicament

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) converter

UTG+1 (t985)
MP1 (t810)
MP2 (t975)
MP3 (t1488)
CO (t515)
Button (t2122)
SB (t1160)
BB (t955)
Hero (t990)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t70, 1 fold, MP1 calls t70, 4 folds, SB calls t60, BB calls t50.

Flop: (t280) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB bets t50, Hero raises to t200, MP1 folds, SB calls t200, BB folds.

Turn: (t730) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Here SB puts me all in.

This really sucks. His call on the flop is a big red flag. the thing is if he flopped a set or something, wouldn't it be obvious he needs to raise? It's a 4-way pot with a flush draw on board and he's facing a min-bet and a solid raise. When he pushes on the turn, I'm very confused. I thought he had hearts, but now I think I might be behind. Maybe AJ?

Keep in mind it's early in a step 4 (top 8 get step5, 9-10 get step 4, 11-13 get step3, 14 gets step 2) with 19 players.

Thoughts?
