Failing that, database from any player listed in terms of win% gives you an excellent idea of starting hand EV. It's mostly as you'd expect (and almost identical to limit for the big hands down to TT/KQs).

Some notable differences are the profitability of smaller pairs and loss in value of weaker suited combinations like K-Xs.
