It doesn't matter what level you play, only the number of hours. You won't be on a mailing list either, just will be in their computer as a rated player so when you call for a reservation they'll give you the rate.

And as long as your money is green I don't think they care what you look like.

P.S. I have heard of some people getting the rate for their initial visit. I think the way it works is that you have to book the room under the regular rate and then they'll reduce it down at the end of your visit if you've played the prerequisite number of hours. This is not guaranteed info though since I didn't do it this way only heard of someone doing this.

P.S.S. If you plan to play a lot at the Bellagio, I recommend staying there regardless of the rate. There's nothing like just popping in and out of the room to play. Plus the Bellagio is the nuts.
