For PokerStars, have a go with
StarSpy - I think there was a thread on this in the software forum by the creator of this app, I can't find it now though. It is supposed to be very good (can mine 40+ tables at once), but I have not tried it myself, so YMMV.
As for prima, I have no idea, sorry.
