most likely hands are probably a 6 or a missed draw.i would say a 6 is more likely. it is also a possibility that he has a K high diamond draw or maybe even a worse hand such as K9 or something. but aside from a missed draw every hand that is likely for him to hold beats you, and since you have pegged him as a passive player a missed draw is the least likely hand.
