There used to be a change currency option but I can't find it anymore (having said that I have already changed mine and I think you can only do it once). I also agree though that Neteller livehelp or customer support via phone are excellent and will be able to sort you out.
The only other thing I would say is think carefully before you change your currency. My change (to £) made withdrawals and deposits a lot easier but now I'm getting screwed when I move money between sites because of the currency conversions.
