Perhaps the guy just wants to take a summer off doing something he enjoys. This after graduating from college (congrats BTW) and before starting with a regular job in August, as he mentions.
If that's what he wants, don't you think he deserves it?
I do, and I am usually the first one to tell kids not to quit college because of poker.
