When you get to MP2 you are treading into no-limp territory. There are few situations where limping is correct there (I have trouble contriving such a situation). At a weak tight table (where you don't get cold called with ATo) I could find a raise. This would change the dynamic of the rest of the hand.

EDIT: I missed the UTG as a poster. It comes down what read you have on the people after you preflop. I could likely find a raise here.
