Well, all I can think of to add is that a turn card like this is the perfect time to lead out with like 3/4 pot. The way I see it, is that if you think people are playing back at you by calling your continuation bets or leading into you on the flop after your PFR, this situation is the reason we use continuation bets.

I raise and bet a lot of hands (sometimes with air), so that when I finally DO make a hand, the opponent thinks I'm full of it again, or might see it as more desperation or more bluffing, and call me down. So I bet big on the turn.

The river looks okay.
