It's different at a B&M casino, I wouldn't have any problems with that.

Online is a different matter though. I, for example, can see how much any player on Stars is up or down, I can see how much is in his account, I can look at any hand he's played (face up) or whatever... Those advantages are far too great, and I imagine the temptation would be too much.

We don't allow any members of staff to play in the real money games. Play money is a different matter though, we don't store those hand histories and frankly who cares who wins and loses there anyway.
