Hand 1:

I think the preflop raise is good. On the flop I would either push or fold depending on your read of the opponent. Often times I'm pushing here. The way you played it, I think folding on the turn is bad and you should push. The K is probably one of the better cards that could come out for you.

Hand 2:

I would push preflop.
