Re: A2-A9 UTG
Here's what I do, which probably means it's not good and too loose.
Full Ring:
A2o-A9o are folds everywhere except in CO or button, in which case I'll steal the blinds.
A2s-ATs I'll limp anywhere if there isn't a really agressive PF player.
ATo is eh UTG/UTG+1. Everywhere else I'll limp or openraise in LP.
AJo/AQo/AJs I limp UTG/UTG+1, raise from MP on.
AKo I raise from anywhere, but sometimes limp early to catch an over agressive player.
AQs/AKs I raise from anywhere.
6 max:
I limp ATo at weak tables UTG, fold it otherwise. I limp AJo, raise AQo and AKo usually, but again will limp to mix it up. From anywhere but UTG or maybe UTG+1 I raise any ATo+ (regardless of limpers).
I actually often end up folding or raise suited aces A2s-A9s UTG because if you limp you end up getting face with a raise from a KJo type hand which you can't play too well against OOP. I'll limp behind any limper though.
AJs I limp UTG, raise everywhere else, AQs/Aks I raise everywhere.
