As transparent as it is I check the flop. You have almost no draws to protect against, and I'm okay letting him draw to his set if it dramatically increases the chance of money going in the pot. Giving him another chance to make a second best hand doesn't hurt either. People are dumb. Check call the flop, and lead the turn if it gets checked behind.
