My reasoning for another bet here is the potential flush draw on board and I don't want to let anyone draw for free.

Fold to a raise, and try to take a free showdown. If another overcard to our pair comes I'm folding, otherwise you'll be getting ~9:1 to call a bet which I may do against unknowns.

*Edit: I don't think I would call a bet on the end without improving. You're likely only going to be beating a bluff, which I don't think will come enough
