A winning $55 player will almost certainly have a higher ROI at the $11 games.

4 $55s - $220 risked - (INSERT YOUR $55 ROI HERE)
20 $11s - $220 risked - (INSERT YOUR $11 ROI HERE)

If your $11 ROI is higher, then you make more money. Make sense?
