Perhaps there\'s a lesson here for our readers?
Vincent...I don't know your personal situation, but don't take the following personally.
For the many pro-wannabes that frequent this forum, the original post should serve as a reminder of where you DO NOT want to be. Put forth some of the effort that you put into poker into finishing school, getting (and keeping) a job, a generally staying a member of society.
Poker is a great game, and it has great benefits that I don't need to get into. But, it's a terrible decision to abandon life in general to just play poker when you have the aptitude to do other things. Poker can always be played on the side!
