Why do you advocate pushing PF in Game C and only raising in game D, H1? Both hands are AQ... b/c of size of blinds or is game C a bubble push? I thought that it was not good to push in the bubble with 2 limpers, one of which is big stack... I am not being defensive, I just want to understand (I am still fine tuning my bubble play)
