Having spent the bulk of these posts justifying your desire not to tip dealers, you deign to approve of the behavior you will see fit to tip and dare to use a collective pronoun when doing so.

It's clear that you don't speak for anyone other than stiffs, and I doubt there is a quality they would ever see fit to tip.

Why can't you see what I see?

This guy is a true professional dealer and not some loud mouth dealer who calls everyone a stiff for not filling his tip jar to the brim. But more importanly, he appreciates the players and not the other way around.
