Don't get so down on yourself, man. You're obviously not in a proper mindset to be playing poker right now, but it looks like you played these hands fine anyway in my opinion. You lose sometimes. If you misplayed in any spots, it was at least close between your choice and the alternative.
Perhaps a break from the game is in order (even for just a couple days). Clear your mind, be healthy, take yourself lightly.
