Well it depends on how many people are at the table. It's easy if there are only two 1/13*3/51*1/25*1/49. That comes out to 3.69378 chances per million. I'm not sure about this but my best guess for a ten handed game is to multiply this by 8 (since there are 8 other people who could have KK). That works out as 29.5502 chances per million. Is this correct?
