I think this is an easy call. If you lose, you can still play. If he had a hand you feared (trips, straight, even 2 pair) would he be trying to force everyone out to win 165 chips rather than trying to double or triple up? If he had an overpair (heck almost any pair), he would have reraised preflop. I would expect to see pair of 6s, straight draw, or absolutely nothing most of the time.
I am not sure about limping with 10s here. Depending on the table, this might be time for a big raise (150) to try and get all that limper money.
