This looks like a shortish stack playing too agressively to me. Villian probably has some sort of hand -- most likely a pair of sixes and figures on a ragged flop like that no one will be willing to go to war. Unbeknownst to him you have an overpair. I say bust him with it and call.
The hands that beat you here would be played differently for a lot more value. I'd be much more scared if you put in a good sized bet and the BB called it with his short stack (but didn't go allin over the top) rather than seeing his overbet on the flop. You are in great position to call this as you don't have to worry about someone coming along for the ride with a set or higher overpair.
So I call and let JJ-AA as well 74 and 55,66 and 33 take half of my stack.
