Default AQs river play?

I run into this problem alot - I get raised on the river after being the aggressor throughout the hand - Is it simple enough to say call?? I have been pleasantly surprised often when my hand turns out to be good.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (7 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB completes, Hero raises, MP1 calls, CO calls, SB folds.

Flop: (7 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 calls, CO folds.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP1 calls.

River: (6.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP1 raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.50 BB

The tens pairing are scary - but the pot is pretty big - what do you think?
