Affiliates, You need to start putting some pressure on Party and Skins

This is getting absurd. As far as I can tell, the standard line from party and skins is still to deny that there is any connection problem. Sent my second email to eurobet today regarding the problem, and all I can get is a form email stating that I should contact my ISP, there is nothing wrong with the poker software. This is after I included in my email that I belong to an internet chat group comprised of hundreds of players from all around the world, all of whom have been experiencing the same problems, and included links to the pertinent threads about the issue. They don't listen to their players, maybe they might just listen to their affiliates, this has got to be costing a lot of affiliates money in rakeback as players like me move to stars. Its just unplayable like this, I'm out of disconnect protects, and I'm sick of this.

jman, dont you think that if they could improve their servers that they would? email them all you want. what do you expect to come from it?

How many millions and millions (or billions) of dollars has the Party network made?

You're telling me they can't fix their servers?

This is horsecrap and you surely know it.

They can improve their servers, and that's what I want to come of it. I've already written more emails than I want to. Nice contribution.

Well seeing as how this particular problem didn't exist three weeks ago, I expect them to fix it.

the problem is necessarily caused by them. Sometimes a router goes down inbetween you and the server causing disconnects.

This widespread? Then they need to move their server, because its not just me, its people all over the U.S. as far as I can tell, and maybe internationally as well.

I agree. Surely this problem is a bigger deal to some Party folks than it is to us. It isn't like they are just sitting on the problem because they aren't getting enough complaints.

Based on a lot of the responses people are posting they either don't seem to be aware of the problem, aren't aware of the scope or severity of it, or think that its fixed. This mentality that we shouldn't bother telling them because they already know is silly, its like that old psychological study, you hear gunshots in the city, half the neighborhood hears gunshots and screaming, no one reports it or calls the police because everyone just assumes someone else will.
