dell 8600 problem \"system modultor\"

Question on moving up.....
I've looked around and most play just seems to be to tighten up in the higher levels. I play mostly 11 and 33 but can anyone list the major adjustments to be made at the higher levels? thanks alot!

havin problems with party poker windows.....
I just got a dell 8600 with the WSXGA screen and i have it on the max resolution. But when I open up a table at party poker I get the regular shot i used to get but not filling up the whole square...
