Re: Small stakes Vegas Holdem - Where to play?

Wherever you play, the games are tighter in the afternoon and looser at night. If you find your self at a table of sober middle aged rocks...leave. Go find some drunks.

Good luck.

Re: Is it stupid to go play at a different cardroom if you are running bad

Rather than moving to another casino or site I go to a lower stakes table. It reduces the pain level of losing a hand plus usually the opponants are less skilled.

My streaks last days or weeks and...

Re: the REAL DEAL about swings. LONG BUT IMPORTANT

A recent poster in a similar thread said that he had experienced a 14,000 hand run with no significant winning sessions and he felt that was normal variation. I was stunned!! 14,000!!!! What...

Re: bored w/ $.50/$1.00. killed by $1/$2

Re: Running good...Uh no bad the 100BB downswing

Re: A plan for beating .5/1 - response to UTGunner

UTGunner,

I am not brainless--- not tired--- not ignorant, I am a beginner who has found that a clear, simple, well defined strategy has helped me win $500 at micro-limit.
