I think you have to fold to the flop push. I can't imagine what you'd be ahead of. Any hand worth shoving with here will have you drawing thing - AT, AJ, AK, KQ, JTs, etc.. unless you can see him...

If you're planning to make this continuation all-in on any low flop like this, why not just push preflop? I think making this play gives any ragged hand implied odds to call your pfr, so maybe it...
