There is nothing wrong with posting raw hand histories.

Re: ATo on the button in a large multi-way pot

I can't believe that you are suggesting that he fold preflop with four limpers to him on the button. Something is very, very wrong.

Seattle -- HELP!

I'm at a hotel in downtown Seattle. The Hideaway is not answering their phone...are they still open? What games are they spreading these days? I'd much rather go there than to the Muck....

Or...

Re: Raising the turn with the worse hand.

good play.

What are you going to do if he calls and you don't improve on the river and it's checked to you?

Re: Foxwoods 20-40: Proceeding Cautiously With AKs

I think that Dynasty's line here is fine as well, but I disagree with you that calling three cold masks his hand. For many players, this telegraphs AK.

Re: Examining the plays of a PP 15/30 player with a BB/100 of 3.5

Yes, this is by far the worst decision that he makes in the posted hands. And especially puzzling given how otherwise aggressive he seems.

Re: check-raising tommy angelo is back

Boris, I know you well enough that I wouldn't post something on this board with your permission. But let's say that someone pointed you out to me and said "Hey, that's Boris. From 2+2." And I had...

Re: Flopped trips

Yes, yes, of course you are right. It also didn't help that I agonized about the decision for a few too many seconds before deciding to just call.

Insult to injury: they all folded to my river...

Flopped trips

Re: Non-casino luxury accommodations in Vegas

Non-casino luxury accommodations in Vegas

This is a follow up to my previous post about the Ritz Carlton...are their other high end hotels that do not have casinos? i'd be willing to pay a premium and also to stay in something smaller if it...

Re: Ritz Carlton outside of Las Vegas

Of course it matters. First of all, if it's a long drive/cab, I may change my mind about staying there. Second, if the cab fare is $50+, that's an extra $300 in pure travel expense, which I don't...

Ritz Carlton outside of Las Vegas

Has anyone stayed there? How long of a drive is it to the strip? (or perhaps more importantly, how much is the cab fare?)

Thanks, RH

Re: Turn Action: 40-80 Northern CA

Usually, when I see this play, it screams draw (given your position, wouldn't you have checkraised with a King or better once you had him and Henry in there for a small bet), and I'll raise a lot of...

Re: AA on button

This is an important point that I think most people don't think about when making a "big" laydown. The only way that this laydown is likely to cause opponents to actively try to get you to fold big...

Re: A Scene From Canterbury (30/60)

I was in the game late and didn't see this hand. I did, however, see two players go thirteen bets before the flop.

Thanks...if you see me, say hello. I'm 28 with short brown hair and brown thick rimmed glasses, from Chicago. I'll probably be playing 15-30 or 30-60.
