I like the house rule where anyone who has not missed the blinds gets a share. (Guess there would have to be a time limit in stud - like 10 minutes?).

Five tournaments is not a significant losing streak. You don't say how many players started these contests, but I assume they're multi-table not single-table. There are many many many good...

I would not be in favor of restricting seat changes. Mostly because I think it is important to be able to move to the right spot in the game to maximize earn. I also agree with what other posters...
