I think you have to bet out on the river with 10 10, unless he paused or something on the turn.
I dont know about the Ace 3 hand i dont play Aces with low kickers well. But i would proablly fold...

UB 10+1 sitngo blinds 10-20
Im UTG+2 with 99 and it folds to me, i raise to 80, folds to cutoff, who pushes it all in.
should i call?

i say this is a fold here, unless if pap is playing his big stack super aggresive, raising with almost any to cards, then id push with it.

I would most likely fold on the river, your most likely beat. But party poker blinds get high really quick, so i could see gambling too, to try to bulid up the chips.

QQ with ace turning
4-8 annie duke table on ub(with the mini blinds 1-2) Villian is a very aggresive player and has the button.
I get QhQd UTG+1 folds around to the button who reraises, I cap it.
