Re: Bubble Hand..Comments Please (u too Irie)

As far as the BB was playing, he amassed his chip stack on 4 big pots, all with pocket pairs of AK. So, I didnt figure he would call me in that spot with anything suspect. Based on the cards he had...

Re: Bubble Hand..Comments Please (u too Irie)

You know....Im going to go ahead and blame this on the guy who rear-ended me going down the freeway today. Ever since that happened, I've just not been the same....neither is my car.

Re: Bubble Hand..Comments Please (u too Irie)

I certainly thought about it, but ultimately decided that since the BB was to hit me next at $400 I wanted to push. I knew when he called he had something decent.

Re: A question: The fundamentals of backing

I know that I do know all of the details of the agreement, but I equate this to something that happened to me. I bought a digi camera a few months ago on credit and subsequently lost it on vacation....

Re: New party NL games = good

Maybe thats my problem. I am not the AA-JJ and AK player in the 1st 3 levels in SNGs. I open it up some in certain situations. Maybe I could be better than 25% ROI at the 22s if I tightened up...

Re: Folding a flopped set

If you are saying that the SB had slightly less chips that you before the hand (~180), if you called and lost you would be all but out. I look to fold here and wait until I get my money in the pot...

Re: ROI Formula?

Shoot for 1st..settle for 3rd. I know that sounds odd being that you are finishing 3rd alot now, but what I mean is PUSH every opportunity that you get. You will find that you will take the blinds...

Re: How long is the average Party SNG?

I would say that for the $30 and below, it is probably in the 40-45 minute range. For the $50 and above, it is more like 50 minutes.
