First off, I probably wouldn't have limped in with this even against LAGS, simply because I would have a tough time w/ it postflop and its not a good multiway hand.

Fold the flop.
The BB called 2 bets cold preflop. A very high percentage of the time you're already going to be beat by at least the BB.
Even if you thought for some reason SB might be...

I think a raise is definitely justified. It wouldn't be a bad play to raise on every opportunity. However Greg's post,(calling flop hoping Button raises) would also be a reasonable play. But, just...
