I think raising the turn and folding to a reraise is a good line. Get SB and UTG to fold or pay double for their straight draws.

I would put BB on an ace or better most of the time. Of those times I think his chances of folding are almost zero. The rest of the time I'd put him on a complete bluff. If so, he will never call...

I think you should always be the bettor since you know he will bet if checked to every time anyway. This will give more weight to your river bluff when you miss your draw - which I think you should...
