Re: Un fair advantage alert from party pokaer

Re: Stars VIP = Cash???
I think if you got the Porsche you'd have to pay taxes on it's retail worth (ouch), so it's actually less than 25% RB unless you REALLY wanted a Cayman S that you would have bought on your own,...

Re: Site review: Tropical poker
You aren't looking hard enough if you can't tell it's a blatant photoshop. Whoever made it sucks, too. Bottom right corner. "Four of a Kind (7, 9 kicker)" I can't believe no one else noticed that...

Re: AA 30-60 river spew?
[ QUOTE ]
I like calling the river to induce an overcall from BB. I think the chance you get reraised (small) plus the odds that you lose the BB (large) make the raise bad.

Re: Preflop confusion
I could b ewrong, I think if the fish doesn't get out of line too often, wouldn't the presence of the fish help in that the third player in the pot keeps the TAG from exploiting his positional...

There's no reason to avoid paying your taxes, especially if you plan on doing any sort of investing in the future. It's just not worth the potential hassle you may set yourself up for. Adding 5k more...

Re: QJo against TAG stealer
How exactly is a 24/16 guy stealing when raising first to act? Even though his ASB is high, I don't see any TAG trying to steal from this position - I don't even think PT factors open raising from...

Need to know more about the cutoff. I sure wouldn't three bet him preflop if he was a 18/8, type player but I would a 50/20 player. Cold calling is the worst option here when you are out...

Re: Laying Down an Overpair - Party 20
FWIW I put UTG+2 on JJ after the flop action.
MP1 had been doing a lot of limping so I didn't necessarily give him credit for much, though calling 3 bets cold on the flop indicated a dumb...
