AK in middle of stages of MTT

As ewing55 suggested, I put him on two overcards, and decided the coin flip was the way to go given my dwindling stack. Could you guys that disagreed give me a little insight on your analysis?

I have no idea what to do with small pairs on the bubble. Thanks for any advice on the following:

200/400 blinds - PP 10+1
Seat 2 is the button
Seat 2: Player A (2260)
Seat 5: Player B (3285)...

Many thanks for the spreadsheet. One question about the updated chart(somewhat offtopic)...I only have around 110 sngs entered and so the chart doesn't show as much definition...
