When I talked to Neteller two years ago they informed me that I needed a land line. Perhaps they've changed, perhaps if I hadn't said anything it would have been fine, but that's what they told me.

Neteller requires a land line for an account. I only have a cell phone, not a land line. Since my sister works for Rogers (a cell phone company, amongst other things) I get a pretty sweet deal on...

Did you consider checking the turn here? I would always do that because a 4 and an ace are pretty disguised, and he might try to bet the hearts (or have them).

108s advantage comes from opponents that pay you off big when you hit big hands. It is a great hand to call a raise from a rock in NL, but in this particular spot preflop I would never play it. ...

Any two cards over 10 probably muck to a flop bet, minus maybe AK and AQ. That's alot of combos to get rid of.
