Anyone doing the Stars 10+1 rebuy tonight?
 

With most of you probably doing the 200k guaranteed on Party, i'm wondering if any of you are in the stars rebuy? I'm in there (chipferg) with about 13k in chips, average is about 11k. I rebought immediately and doubled up on the 2nd hand with KK. Didn't play anything for a while until I got AKs on the button. I had 8k and one raises to 1k, another calls, i go all in. A guy with 4k calls with A10o, my AK holds up and i'm golden. Let me know if you are in it, i'll come and watch you.

I am playing, since I finished the 200k in 1300th place or something. So far so good...

I'm still in the rebuy with 28K, went out around 500th at PArty when my JJ got beat by 77 grrrrr.

Well I'm out. I had AKs in the SB with 10k, blinds were 400/800 with a 50 ante. UTG (about 5k) raises to 2400, big stack in MP reraises to 5500. I decide to push, as I'm in about 150/220 people left and need to make a move. UTG folds and MP calls with QQ. I don't catch and am out in 220th place. Would anyone play this any different?

I'd fold to a raise and reraise with A/Ks. Big slick is nice, but it's still a drawing hand. Your a coin toss against a pair, and with the reraise you might even be up against two pockets. I understand you feel like you have to make a move, but it would have been better with a made hand.

Still in the rebuy with 40 players left.

A few minutes ago it was folded to me on the button with 7xBB in my stack. What would you do? I went all-in and was called by JJ. King came on the river (of course) and I'm still trucking.

Grats to davidross who made the money tonight as well.

Done in 10th place... not everyone's favorite place to finish, but I consider it a good night [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
