Re: Help my play

Hand 1: Looks good.

Hand 2: Routine

Hand 3: Routine. I wouldn't want to bet the turn and fold to a raise because you have 8 outs v two pair (although 2 pair is unlikely given the preflop coldcall and the unconnected board, unless he's a joker), may not want to look like a folder, and your opponent could have top pair.

Hand 4: Cool, no pair fold to a river bet.

Hand 5: Call the river raise, could be a 5 or slowplayed 6. The only worse hands that might pay you off are perhaps the unlikey 73, 74 or less likely 43. Just a pair would have made its move earlier and a bluff folds. Furthermore, all better hands will 3-bet as they won't have reason to fear you river raise.

Hand 6: Routine.

Hand 7: Same as Hand 5.

Scanned over it briefly, looks fine.

Anyways, I wouldn't really worry about misplaying AA/KK. If you think you have some leaks, post some marginal hands for review.

Re: Help my play

These hands are very flexible post flop. I wouldn't vary the play too much, but I would start to think more about the styles of my opponents and mix things up a bit. Keep in mind that sometimes even if you're holding a gun, you won't get your opponents to release a hand. So, it's more about getting more money in the pot when you win a hand.

However, when someone bets into you after your pre-flop raise and betting with only top pair -- the sequence of thinking should be fold, call, raise -- IMO. If you raise, you'll only get called by a better hand and re-raised by a way better hand.

Remember play 1/2 is like walking in a mine-field and you need nerves of steel.

Cheers
Magi

I see a couple issues but I'm way too drunk right now to go into detail. Also this is a disclaimer for the other post I made within the last hour, I'm loaded.

Just don't get into the habit of raising 69s UTG and calling a re-raise, expecting to win....
