No Rules Poker

I looking for a Poker Room in Fla when the Google side bar showed this site called "cheat at poker". It appears to be selling a software that shows hole cards. Has anyone come accross this? Can anyone dispell it's claims? How can we bring this place's software to the attention of the online poker rooms?
