Yeah, it's nasty. I tried to clean it up once, dropped a turd, slipped on it and knocked myself out on the lip of the toilet seat.

I used to have a roommate who would leave his hemroid blood on the toilet seat. That was bad, and you can be sure everytime I saw it I banged on his door to clean it up. He didn't like it, but it became a running joke in our house.

I had a roommate in college with this problem. It was disgusting but he was rarely around so I'd end up cleaning it myself. But then came the time he managed to wedge a full turd in the area between the top of the bowl and the seat. I have no idea how he did that but I just stopped using the bathroom after that. It was a 6 bedroom apartment with 3 full baths and I would just use one of the others. Let him sit on his own mess all he pleased.
