Mostly a rant...
 

I am drunk right now. I went to this bar where I saw this girl. This girl was in one of my classes and I swore if I saw her in any place outside of class I would talk to her. I saw her tonight only she was talkin go this guy. WTF? Nothing against her, I am just upset I had my priorities set and I don't even get the opportunity. Whatever I am out.

You had/have the opportunity. Every time you see her in class. Before or after class. Maybe she got tired of waiting for you to talk to her and decided to go to a bar where someone else might talk to her.

This doesn't mean she's dating the guy, taken or anything like that. But even if she was, I'm sure you can still talk to her.
