The video is of Alicia Machado having sex. She won the Miss Universe Pageant in 1996 and the other girl in the video is Miss Spain. You might remember Machado was the one Donald Trump told to excercise in order to lose weight.

There are four people in the room. Who are the others? How does anyone know who this is? You can't see their faces clearly. Also, I don't speak Spanish. What are the two shocked-looking women to the right of the screen talking about?

I think this was aired on a talk show, and the two others are the hosts of the show.
