Maybe or it could be a good break if the big stacks are being ultra agrressive it will give him chances to trap and double thru them. Also with both being at the table it will be hard for one or other to be as much of a bully as he would be without the other big stack there. They will be somewhat of a check to each other. The Big stacks will probably try and avoid each other and that will give the smaller stacks chances to chop away some chips from them in the right spots and then maybe double though when they hit a big hand.

Jeff Shulman Doubles up Through Reza Payvar
After a flop of 8-7-2, Jeff Shulman moved his last $200,000 into the pot. Shulman was called by chip leader Reza Payvar, who showed 10-10. Shulman was in great shape to double up after showing J-J. The board brought a 3 followed by a 2, and Shulman doubled through Payvar

Ivey has to love his seat today. The only two players with stacks that can damage him are on his direct right (Keikoan and Furgeson with ~$650K each); everyone that has position on him has about 25% of his stack. He's already busted one player today. Two have gone from his table though, so who knows who got moved there.

Not only does he live in Jersey, he lives in Teaneck. Sklansky lives 14 miles away from me.

Payvar Doubles another one
 

Joe Beevers Doubles Up Through Reza Payvar
Reza Payvar doubled up Jeff Shulman earlier today, and he just doubled up Joe Beevers. Beevers moved all in for $420,000 on a flop of 10-7-6. Payvar thought for a few minutes then called with his pocket sixes for a set. Beevers showed 9-9, which was well behind Payvar's set of sixes. The turn brought a 3, but the river was a magical 9 to save Beevers with a bigger set. The win puts Beevers over the $1,000,000 mark.
