Good time for a stop and go?
 

I felt by the way the last few hands had gone, and by the speed at which the person raised, that I was good, so I got all the money in. However, I am learning that there are often better plays like the stop and go. Would this have been a better spot for it(disregarding the results)?

Note, there are still 5 left, and only one blind, as someone was eliminated the last hand.

What I mean is you have no fold equity whether you push back at merc or use a stop and go, so why not just push your chips in straight away?

You never know, miracles happen and they fold sometimes. You gain nothing by pushing now, if you push on any flop, sometimes, although extremely rarely, youll get lucky.

Should I make the same stop and go play when someone raises half their stack(or my stack) and I have a hand I want/need to play like (66/77/AK/AQ/AJ)? Just wanted some more info on good times to use it.
