If on ntl or telewest they have a newsgroup setup then can use alt.binaries.mp3 and then the music you like.

if you look at www.slyck.com it will take you through how to setup a newsgroup reader (I recommend xnews).

Also that site is really good with guides and walkthroughs of all the main ways to get files.

Whats with this new Napster service? £15 a month and you can have as much music you like as long as you have a compatible MP3 player, i.e. not a iPod.

streaming only. but it has more music than napster, the songs stream much quicker, and the service doesn't constantly screw up like napster did for me ('unable to locate this track, please try again later').

Are we anywhere near a service, e.g. $50-$100 a month, where we an download infinite amounts and own all the songs? Surely thats going to happen eventually.
