Anyone play on dial up?

Hey, I am going to be visiting my family for the Holidays and was wondering (since they don't have DSL) if any one has ever played online using a dial-up connection?

I haven't, but I'll respond anyway

There's not much bandwidth requirement for playing poker online, playing on a modem should be no problem.

Yea, I am playing four tables right now on dial-up, two interpokers, one bodogs, and one absolute. I rarely have troubles, although if I open more than one absolute table, then I am playing in slow-mo. I have a 1.3 gig centrino laptop.

I dial in at 26.4 tops and play three and four tables no problem on Party/skins Prima Pokerroom and the Cryptos.

Im in the same situation, home on the parents dial up. I can 4 table no prob but I do get some lag if i try to surf too much at the same time. It only really happens on bigger sites with pictures and stuff, not really here. Basically you should be fine.

I dial up at work and play there when it is slow, Party and skins, 4 tables, never a problem. I do occasionally, have qa wireless problem at home when my signal skips or I am in an area in the house that doesn't get a great signal.
