Is there any way to higher stakes?

Ok. Finally i've beaten consistantly 10/20 games (31K hands 3.73BB/100). I know Party has 3 tables of 15/30 but i don't like wasting time waiting queues to find table full of strips and devils or another great stuff:). Are there somewhere online pokerrooms with stakes more than 10/20 and POPULAR games (at least 5-10 tables full nearly always) or i must make money here on Party and begin to do something else while get some money to start to do that something?

P.S. I've never ever played any other rooms except Party so any seem 'known all around the world' advices aprecciated.

The 15/30 6 max games are good on party. Put your name on the list and play 10/20 while you are waiting. It usually doesn't take to long to get a seat.

Peter,

If you want to player higher stakes shorthanded I think your best bet is probably Pokerstars 30/60. They don't specifically have 5 or 6max games but they usually have 3 or 4 tables that always play short with 3-5 people on each. They also usually have 2 or 3 full 30's as well.

Other than that, if you feel frisky you can always try Ultimate bet 80/160 which is always short. Although, that field tends to be on par with the Pokerstars 100/200 game which, of course, usually plays between very tough and world-class.

I visit both Ulimate bet and Pokerstars and find 2 players on 100/200 Pst and no one on Ultimate bet 80/160. I guess these limits are playable only on certain times of a day. Also does anybody figure how is situation about cheating and team play on high stakes? Is this safe to play high limits when you know there are not more than 20-40 players all the time?

i think the 15/30 6 max game is a more BB/100 hands profitable game than the 10/20 6 max - i wait a bit for a table sometimes and of-course i play some 10/20 - where there is always a table - a couple of times a week i find myself at all 3 15/30 tables - i am a bit choosey about sitting in the 15/30 game - on average i won't join the waiting list for 1 of the tables - sometimes 2 - and maybe 3-4 times a week, i wouldnt choose to sit at any of them

it works out to about one third of my 6 max time playing 15/30 and the rest 10/20 with a dash of 5/10

there are some very fine players in these games but i think the bad players are sensationally bad (and wealthy) - its the "highest limit on offer attracts rich guys with ego" theory - exciting times - get ready for big swings

on another topic - i hate talking someone down when they are keen - so i PM'ed you some ideas for other games - but - rushing is bad

You can often find a short game on UB at 30/60 as well. That was probably the softest limit on UB this summer across all ranges higher than .50/1

I have about 3 days of 6max expereince now, so for what its worth..... I would try sitting in the 15/30 full tables that only have 4 or 5 players. Then you get the same setup but with people not used to playing 6 handed. I've stayed at tables that went short at 15/30 and I'm pretty sure there are a few guys doing that.

I know this is the short-handed forum, but maybe you should consider playing Party's 15/30 full games. They are very beatable. Also, as others have pointed out, you can often find one that is short. I like 6 max games, but I think there is more money to be made at the 15/30 full games than the 10/20 6 max. It would be nice if Party would open more 15/30 6 max tables.

Just a thought here . . . how many people in this forum have a PP account? Getting 50-100 e-mails asking for a 15-30 6 max table might carry some weight with PP. Maybe it's time to wake up and exercise our collective might.
