Party\'s Poker Players Alliance Bonus?? Anyone try it?

Received the BW notice for Poker Players Alliance Bonus 20% up to 100.00. Went to their site and it's some membership thing for min. 15.00. $15.00 for 85.00 seems like it would be great. Any catches? Anyone do this?
