Is there a sweet spot for SnG profits (limit & site)?

There have been discussions about the logjam at the 30's, the change in ROI from moving to the $50's and up, Party vs. Stars and Multitabling various levels...but is there some peak or sweet spot for playing SnG's where time (single table or multitable) vs profit (low limit or high limit) is at a maximum?
