Neteller Base currency question
 

Does a different base currency than USD affect money transactions from or to poker sites?
What amount of of money do I loose through a transaction of USD 1000 to or from partypoker (is there one? Neteller base currency EUR or CAD).
Examples for other sites are also very appreciated.
I have to ask this question because I loose a lot of money through currency transactions.
My base currency is USD. A debit card charge is converted to CAD and then back to USD. Finally I cash out in EUR. That leads to maximal losses, therefore I try to optimize my debit card cashout.

Neteller charges 1.9% each way.
